Is the Metaverse really Cooked?
It’s a fact that Apple’s CEO Tim Cook never used the term ‘Metaverse’. Not even during the peak phase of the hype-cycle, when even the last bread-and butter businesses tried to jump on the bandwagon and dwell (or sell) in some reflected Meta-glory.
Of course we all knew that the reason for this was way more strategic and that Apple had something cooking on the front burner for quite a while. Maybe Apple just cleverly changed its name to ‘Spatial Computing’. Only time, erm..adoption will tell.
